MACHINE BODY
It is fused in single body with special cast iron, well dimensioned and reinforced internally with stiffened rib. Its sturdiness and weight guarantee the maximum stability to the machine; its single piece design gives long life and vibration free work. The slides one flat and one prismatic are perfectly dimensioned and ground so that the table can be laid perfectly in working position.
WORK HEAD
INTERNAL GRINDING HEAD
The wheel head has a very rigid spindle running in conical led bronze bearing bush. The spindle made of alloy steel especially heat treated and carefully lapped to achieve high accuracy and surface finish with better RA value. Wheel head also provide universal as per customer's requirement. Wheel head can be swilled 45 either side.
SWIVELLING OF TABLE
The table has given swiveling arrangement at right hand side. Fine angular adjustment can be done by screw which can be shown on graduated scale.
